About the Role

As a Fullstack software engineer at Capgemini, you will be part of a collaborative community of colleagues who are empowered to shape their careers in a supportive and inspiring environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on technology during the initial project phase and delivering the solution with the engineering team;
  • Owning one value stream within Blue Harvest, enabling our engineers and our overall company growth;
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a group of highly experienced engineers, leading by example through taking ownership, being proactive, and collaborating;
  • Being part of a culture with high standards of engineering and emotional intelligence, where development paths are self-determined to support and guide growth opportunities.

About You

We are looking for individuals with several years of experience in Backend development with Java (e.g., with Spring Boot or Quarkus),.NET Core, or Frontend development with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, or Next. Experience in Financial services is a plus. You should be skilled in leading and supporting people, as well as in coaching and enabling delivery across engineering teams. Knowledge of design patterns and software development best practices is also required. Additionally, you should be able to work with cloud platforms, containers, Kafka (or any other MQ platform), and have strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas in English and French.
