Job Title: Finance Corporate Performance Management Specialist
Job Summary:
The Finance Corporate Performance Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting the financial consolidation and planning processes of MSC Cruises. This position will be responsible for reviewing existing processes and reporting structures, designing enhancements, and ensuring effective execution at system and financial process levels.
Key Responsibilities:
CPM Administration:
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for CPM users at central and local levels.
- Support Planning and IFRS teams in the execution of consolidation and planning processes.
- Administer the CPM system, including closing, mapping, budgeting, and other tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the PowerBI team.
CPM System Maintenance and Evolution:
- Participate in the enhancement definition process, collecting, documenting, and assessing business requirements.
- Perform CPM system setup, modifications, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Support and assist users in system process tasks and technical matters.
- Review the CPM reporting structure and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
- Execute reporting modifications and ensure consistency in the overall reporting structure.
- Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Finance Projects:
- Participate in ad-hoc projects intersecting with the CPM system.
- Adapt the CPM system to align with S/4 HANA implementation.
- Contribute to defining and documenting the target Finance data model.
- Document and maintain the Target Operating Model (consolidation and planning processes).
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Any other European language, including French and Italian, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing CPM solutions with a service/consulting firm.
- Subject matter expertise in finance/accounting/controlling systems, including Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Planning, and Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting, and CFO processes.
- Hands-on delivery experience in each phase of the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on application design and process reengineering.
- Proficiency with Tagetik application.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented individual, demonstrating excellent teamwork, self-commitment, client-oriented, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL language and data integration.
VISA Requirements:
EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
