About the Position

Caterpillar Brazil is seeking a talented European Marketing Solutions Specialist to join our team in Geneva.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand recognition, and increase Caterpillar parts and services awareness in the European market.

You will work closely with our sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies targeting the European market.
  • Translating complex business and marketing data into actionable recommendations.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring all activities provide a return on investment.
  • Coordinating and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events, collaborating closely with our dealer partners for POS activations.
