We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supply Chain Innovation Specialist to join our team at Experis Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Drive supply chain innovation by facilitating discovery sessions, gathering and documenting business requirements, and engaging with stakeholders to identify optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver IT solutions that meet supply chain business needs, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Work closely with offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality IT deliverables.
- Develop test scenarios, oversee system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare deployment plans, manage the implementation process, and provide support to business users as needed.
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP SD and MM modules, specializing in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
- Strong expertise in the functional and technical aspects of SAP supply chain systems, including logistics and procurement process design, implementation, and integration.
- In-depth understanding of SAP integration architecture, interface development, IDOC management, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles, processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong documentation and process formalization abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
- Experience with logistics and execution management tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in supply chain operations within luxury, fashion, or retail sectors is beneficial.
- SAP certification or formal training is preferred.
