Job Description

Wir suchen eine Dipl. Pflegfachfrau/Pflegefachmann mit Fachverantwortung, um unsere Patientinnen und Patienten mit professioneller, patientenzentrierter und interdisziplinärer Pflege zu betreuen.

Job Profile

  • Ausführung einer professionellen, patientenzentrierten, interdisziplinären und evidenzbasierten Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörige
  • Mitverantwortung hinsichtlich Sicherung der Pflegequalität sowie der Implementierung und der Gewährleistung der Nachhaltigkeit von Lean Hospital
  • Beratung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden in komplexen Patientensituationen oder Pflegefachfragen sowie Anleitung und Begleitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Einführung, Schulung und Evaluation von Pflegerichtlinien, Handlungsanweisungen und Konzepten auf der Station
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Innovationen und Veränderungen in der Pflege und im interprofessionellen Kontext
  • Aktive Beteiligung in pflegefachspezifischen Arbeitsgruppen und an Projekten
  • Member of the Departmental Management Team in the sense of Shared Governance

Qualifications

  • Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF oder FH bzw. mit Bachelor in Pflegewissenschaft (BScN)
  • Gerne mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als dipl. Pflegefachperson, vorzugsweise in der Chirurgie und/oder Onkologie
  • Qualitätsbewusstes, kritisches und reflektiertes Denken sowie eigenverantwortliches und zuverlässiges Handeln
  • Herzliche und wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber Patientinnen und Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Empathie, Motivation, Zielstrebigkeit und vor allem Einsatzfreude
