Senior Software Engineer for Cloud-Native Architecture

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Nordwand Group in Zurich. As a key member of our software development team, you will design, develop, and implement modern cloud-native software solutions using current tech stacks.
Your primary focus will be on developing innovative software solutions based on microservices architecture, utilizing tools such as Kubernetes, Spark, and Docker. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality software products that meet the needs of various industries, including MedTech, real estate, healthcare, and energy.
In this role, you will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from design to customer support. You will have the opportunity to take on technical projects, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to shaping the future of software development at Nordwand Group.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for designing and developing software prototypes and providing solutions in Big Data.
- You will work as a software engineer or architect, taking up technical needs as a request engineer.
- You will like people and like to pass on your knowledge to colleagues.
- You can take on your own technical projects after an appropriate induction.
- You have a university degree in computer science or relevant work experience in software development.
- You have experience in software engineering, ideally in Python, Java, or C#.
- You have already implemented projects with Kubernetes, Spark, or Docker and experience in microservices or asynchronous programming.
- You have initial experience with client-server APIs (REST, OpenAPI, Thrift).
