ROLE SUMMARY:
- Delivers comprehensive bioinformatics support and training to ensure seamless adoption of software products in biotech and biomedical science environments.
- Collaborates with regional training centers to develop and maintain training content, documentation, and methodologies.
- Provides 2nd-level product support, resolving customer issues with efficient workarounds and solutions.
- Supports onsite activities, ensuring successful complex repairs, installations, and applications.
- Transfers knowledge from manufacturers to stakeholders, promoting comprehensive system understanding.
- Maintains a product-specific knowledge pool, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Contributes to GCS service deliverables, reviewing service requirements and participating in design reviews.
- Ensures hardware installation manual availability and timely provision of service-relevant information.

- Proficiency in bash, python, R, and Debian/RedHat-based distributions.
- Experience with application and system monitoring, networking fundamentals, and content creation.
LOCATION:
- Santa Clara, CA, or Rotkreuz, CH.
- Travel required, up to 25% domestic and international.
