Ihre Rolle bei G&L Partner AG

Als Junior Bauleiter/in bei G&L Partner AG übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Aufgabe bei der Leitung des Bauprozesses. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Koordination verschiedener Unternehmer und Fachplaner, die Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Werkverträgen sowie die Verantwortung für die Qualität am Bau und die Terminplanung und Kostenkontrolle.

Als Bauleiter/in sind Sie für die Selbstständige Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten verantwortlich. Sie führen die örtliche Bauleitung und Führung der am Bau beteiligten Unternehmen und sind für die fachkundige, wirtschaftliche und vorschriftskonforme Projektabwicklung über die verschiedenen Projektphasen verantwortlich.

Als Architekt/in sind Sie für die Leitung und Umsetzung der Planungsarbeiten abwechslungsreicher Neubauprojekte zuständig. Sie sind für die Organisation und Planung von Umbauprojekten und Projektkoordination mit internen und externen Planern verantwortlich.

Als Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur bearbeiten Sie selbstständig die Projekt-, Baubewilligungs-, Ausführungs- und Detailplanung.

Ihre Persönlichkeit

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, benötigen Sie eine Ausbildung im Bauwesen und Interesse an einer Weiterbildung zum Dipl. Bauleiter. Sie sollten stark in der Organisation, Kommunikation und Koordination sein und über Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen verfügen.
