- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to support our senior leaders in Basel.
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant and 2+ years of experience supporting senior/executive level leaders.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace is essential, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gmail, gCal, gDrive, gMeet, and Calendar.
- The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be extremely flexible, and able to manage conflicting priorities with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and complex issues, working in a discreet environment, is required.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent judgment, able to work independently and anticipate the executive's needs.
- A quick learner, solution-oriented, and proactive individual who can adapt to the dynamic needs of the organization is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, thoroughly, and in a highly professional and timely manner.
- The ability to be onsite in Basel is required.
About You :
- You have 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- You have 2+ years of experience supporting senior/executive level leaders.
- You are proficient with Google Workspace.
- You have financial experience for effective tracking of departmental budgets.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to be extremely flexible while managing conflicting, shifting, and competing priorities with minimal direction.
- You have demonstrated experience handling confidential and complex issues; working in a discreet environment.
- You are a proactive self-starter with excellent judgment who can work independently and anticipate the executive's needs.
- You are a quick learner, solution-oriented, proactive to the dynamic needs of the organization.
- You have demonstrated verbal and communication skills; the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, thoroughly, and in a highly professional and timely manner.
- You are able to be onsite in Basel.
