About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Global Brand Ambassador for the Red Bull Student Marketeer program. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your skills, build your network, and drive brand engagement within the student community.

Job Description

The Global Brand Ambassador will be responsible for creating and executing smart sales & marketing plans to build the Red Bull brand within the student community and beyond. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with key local individuals and establishing a strong network
  • Delivering executional excellence and showcasing love for details in all areas of the role
  • Collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points for Red Bull within the university campus and beyond
  • Planning and reporting activities via a dedicated online platform in a timely manner and with accuracy
  • Contributing to the development of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A passionate approach to the Red Bull brand and product
  • Excellent communication skills and a charismatic personality
  • Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the collegiate landscape, city, and region
  • A high sense of responsibility and initiative, with the ability to manage part-time work and studies
  • An affinity and desire to learn and apply a range of skills, including marketing, negotiation, and sales
  • A connectedness with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus
Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility, with approximately 10-20% travel expected. You should be available to work some evenings and weekends.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $40,000 and $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
