Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team in the Zurich region. As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our installations in the region.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repair work on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components of elevators and escalators
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues with installations, ordering necessary replacement parts as needed
  • Conducting troubleshooting and problem-solving activities using modern diagnostic tools
  • Participating in regular scheduled duties (approximately every two months)

In this role, you will have a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to plan and coordinate your day effectively. A valid Category B driver's license is required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A completed technical education or relevant work experience in a technical field
  • A willingness to take on responsibility and a willingness to get hands-on
  • The ability to plan and coordinate your work independently
  • A valid Category B driver's license
