Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
- Studying operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.
- Collaborating in creating Validation Plans and Reports.
- Creating and executing validation activities for manufacturing equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ).
- Collaborating in executing Engineering Studies for the optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Applying statistical methods to evaluate process capabilities in relation to established standards.
- Applying verbal and written communications skills in periodic reports and presentations both internally and with customers.
- Performing analytical problem-solving and utilizing structured decision-making skills.
The role requires a strong background in technical matters, preferably mechanical engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, is essential.
