About the Role:
  • Provide essential support to our legal department, ensuring efficient operations through effective management of legal documentation, governance, corporate compliance, KYC requests, and various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing legal documents, including Minutes of Meetings, Written Resolutions, incumbency certificates, POAs, internal policies and correspondence with counterparties, public authorities, law firms, etc.
  • Liaise with law firms, Trade Registers, Registrars of Companies, Notary Public and the Group's foreign offices to ensure complete and accurate legal data.
  • Maintain and update the Legal intranet (SharePoint), the Group corporate database (Hub Workplaces) and other legal data retention and management systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documents management systems.
