Biotherapeutic Analysis Expert

To be successful in this role as a Biotherapeutic Analysis Expert, you will need to possess a strong foundation in analytical testing and a passion for working in a dynamic laboratory environment. You will be responsible for conducting routine analytical testing, data evaluation, and reporting to ensure the delivery of our specialty innovator Biotech pipeline to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine analytical testing in areas such as liquid chromatography, electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, PCR systems, spectrophotometers, and readers for process development of biotherapeutics with minimal supervision.
- Implement, qualify, and troubleshoot methods, including non-GMP analysis and early phase stability testing, while capitalizing on organizational and operational flexibility in BDC.
- Calculate results, report data, including trend analysis, as required, and contribute to the data review process according to established quality requirements.
- A technical degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or Biotechnology.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in analytical testing, preferably in one of the following areas: liquid chromatography, electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, PCR, spectrophotometry, or generic tests.
- Knowledge of Empower is a plus.
- Preferred hands-on experience with laboratory information systems, digital tools, automation technologies, and lean principles.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask to support department and business objectives.
- Curiosity and open-mindedness to new tools and technology.
- Fluent English, with French as an asset.
