Cleaning Validation Specialist

At Randstad, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Validation Expert to join our team in Aubonne. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company, Merck, and contribute to the success of their Fill & Finish Department.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a cleaning validation strategy that aligns with global guidelines and site-specific requirements.
- Create and maintain operational documentation for cleaning validation activities, including validation plans, protocols, and reports.
- Coordinate and execute cleaning validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and site standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams on cleaning validation matters.
- Manage deviations, CAPA, and Change Control within the scope of cleaning validation activities.
- Ensure site readiness for Health Authorities' inspections on Control Strategy and monitoring topics.
About You:
- Degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, or Pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical business, regulatory guidelines (cGMP), and Health Authorities' requirements.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in cleaning validation.
- Excellent editorial skills, with the ability to create high-quality procedures, risk analyses, and deviations.
- Strong team spirit, leadership, autonomy, proactivity, and communication skills.
- Fluent in French (mother tongue) and good level of English (minimum B2).
