About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Bouygues Construction. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of post-tensioning systems on various construction projects across Germany, Finland, and Austria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project preparation and organization, ensuring timely delivery of materials and labor.
  • Supervise the installation of site equipment and oversee the work of on-site staff, including quality control and safety standards.
  • Lead and organize the work of local staff, including hiring, training, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules through regular inspections.
Requirements
  • Civil Engineering or Construction background with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
  • Proven experience in post-tensioning (mono strands, multi strands) and related activities.
  • Strong communication skills to explain tasks and ensure high-quality missions.
  • Fluency in German, with English or French skills a plus.
  • Experience in managing a team and being a good team player.
  • Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks on construction sites.
