Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrialization Manager for IoT Devices to lead the industrialization process of our IoT products. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in IoT systems, excellent project management skills, and experience in industrialization and manufacturing of electronic devices.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the industrialization process of IoT devices, including design for manufacturing (DFM)
  • Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for IoT loggers, including assembly, testing, and quality control procedures
  • Identifying and qualifying suppliers for components and materials required for IoT loggers
  • Overseeing performance-, field-, acceptance testing and validation to ensure that IoT devices meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the manufacturing cost of IoT loggers without compromising quality
  • Establishing quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that IoT loggers meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements at scale
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in industrialization and manufacturing of electronic devices, preferably IoT
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, embedded systems, wireless communication protocols, and data analytics
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, PCB manufacturing & assembly, and product testing

Estimated Salary

Based on industry standards and market research, we estimate the salary for this role to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
