Job Title: Head of Product Marketing CCS

The Straumann Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Marketing CCS to lead the commercialization of our digital solutions in the CCS portfolio. As a key member of our global marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building a high-performing team, and driving collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the CCS portfolio, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of product marketing managers, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain domain expertise on new technologies and market trends, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Lead and manage voice of customer (VOC) and voice of market (VOM) activities, ensuring that customer and market insights are integrated into marketing strategies.
  • Drive close collaboration with colleagues in various global subsidiaries to develop country-specific commercialization strategies and share best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or business.
  • Minimum 10 years of total professional work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product management and 5 years in the medical device or dental industry.
  • Proven experience in people leadership and a track record of people development.
  • Fluent in English, with other languages an asset.
  • Comfortable with up to 20-30% travel.
