Role Overview

Maintenance Expert (m/w/d) at Mondelēz International

Lead the way in snack food manufacturing

As a Maintenance Expert at Mondelēz International, you will be responsible for leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner and enable the line leader(s) to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale targets for the lines, ensuring Process stability
  • Own the technology and process for the equipment and process, with deep technical mastery of the process and equipment
  • Develop, own, and execute the line's preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, and build capability of the team to execute themselves
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums

What we're looking for

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, with advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM and PM standards on dedicated equipment and TPM-Phase 3 & 4 tools problem-solving tools.

A successful candidate will have

  • Qualifying and coaching the next level SWP owners and driving common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
  • Developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on performance management and career development
