Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
- Maintain system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard data, software, and hardware.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure continuity.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in system and network administration, including Windows operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
