Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to support the implementation team of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial modules with a focus on General Ledger and Fixed Assets.

• Support and collaborate closely with the Oracle implementation team to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
• Migrate data from our current system to Oracle while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform monthly closings of company books, including consolidation reporting, to provide accurate financial insights.
• Prepare statutory financial statements of the Swiss legal entity in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and implement processes to ensure adherence to SOPs and accounting principles.
• Develop and maintain monthly and daily financial reports to inform business decisions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Previous work experience in international companies with a minimum of 3-5 years in similar positions in a modern manufacturing environment.
• Rlevant experience working with ERP systems (preferably in Oracle).
• Excellent English language skills - both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of German (B2 or B3 level).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure, challenge others, and communicate effectively.
