Job Title: HR Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Expert to join our team at Hitachi. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within business processes, and drive the Continuous Improvement mindset within the organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the identification of process improvement potentials, train and support teams in process improvement, and coordinate initiatives to implement optimizations.
  • Project Management: Lead assigned initiatives from end-to-end, ensuring proper documentation of projects driven according to the corresponding methodology (PM/Lean Six Sigma).
  • Reporting and Content Management: Process complex reporting requests, including analysis, and manage local content.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Education in HR and/or several years of experience within HR Operations, with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization in multinational, complex Shared Service environments.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience with Six Sigma and Lean tools, with certification a plus.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation, with the ability to transfer customer requirements into appropriate initiatives and/or solutions.
  • Language Skills: English and German verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts.
