MorGen Energy is a leader in the development of large-scale green hydrogen ecosystems in Europe, covering different parts of the green hydrogen value chain from production to distribution and consumption. Our projects include a 1GW plant in Esbjerg, Denmark, and a 20MW plant in Milford Haven, South Wales.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of our Power-to-X Plants in Zurich, Switzerland. This role provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the energy transition in the fast-growing green hydrogen space. You will work closely with a dynamic international team of technical/commercial personnel, providing expert project management leadership to lead projects from concept development through to FID and into execution.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of working experience in direct project management of complex industrial facilities, a B.Sc./M.Sc. engineering/technical degree, and previous experience in the process and/or hydrogen industry. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a structured approach to work. Strong HSE management capability and leadership are also crucial.

  • Lead the development and delivery of MorGen Energy's first PtX projects to achieve planned quality, schedule, and cost targets
  • Develop contracting strategies and ensure effective contractor management, working closely with procurement & contracting teams to manage contractor performance
