We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Quality Control (QC) team, with expertise in analytical testing, GMP compliance, and quality assurance. As the Quality Assurance Director for Pharmaceutical Products, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our pharmaceutical products.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing QC strategies, working closely with local and global partners, and representing our team in audits and inspections. You will also be accountable for strategy, budgeting, and headcount planning, as well as organizational development, talent, and performance management.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of experts. You will need to stay up-to-date with local and international GMP regulations and ensure that our procedures and documentation are regulatory compliant.
