Job Summary

Hirslanden Klinik Hirslanden is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pflegefachfrau to join our team. As a key member of our inter- and multi-professional team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the acute care setting, including post-operative patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in on-call and shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Completed diploma in nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in acute care nursing, with a focus on patient monitoring and care.
• Advanced training in nursing specialties, such as critical care or emergency nursing, is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
