Our Coffee Systems DivisionWe are a leading global provider of state-of-the-art solutions for professional coffee making. Together with our trade partners, we are committed to delivering premium best-in-class in-cup-quality, consistency, and beverage variety, as well as ensuring an outstanding customer experience through constant innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Define, implement, and execute region-specific marketing plans together with Business Development Managers and selected partners.
- Define marketing goals and KPIs for the region and for partners together with VP Global Marketing and VP EMEA.
- Be a brand advocate towards partners and build up brand awareness in the region together with local teams.
- Align marketing activities with Global Marketing team and local teams and make sure that marketing projects get the right attention and support.
- Prepare and present reports and ROI results on marketing plans, campaigns, and deliverables measured against agreed KPIs.
- Execute regional or local trade fairs (end-to-end: define, plan, execute with partners and/or global team).
- Implement product launch plans given by Global Marketing and execute them in your region involving local teams and partners.
- Define creative strategies and content plans for PR together with VP Global Marketing & local teams.
- Define regional media plans together with Global and local team.
- Analyze local competition and share information with local and Global teams.
- Identify new market and industry trends and share them with Global team.
- Closed coordination and cooperation with various internal stakeholders to get projects done.
- Support Global Marketing team goals and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with specialization in marketing.
- Marketing Generalist with strategic and conceptual thinking as well as hands-on mentality.
- At least 5 years of work experience and 3 years of experience at a similar position in a B2B company.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, PR, Media, Content Creation as well as tradeshow management.
- Strong communications skills in English (fluent in writing and speaking) and preferably German; any other European language (Spanish, French, Italian etc.) would be highly beneficial.
- Determined, flexible, proactive, with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong team player with willingness to take ownership.
- 40 hour week.
