Our Field Service Switzerland team is a crucial part of our mission to deliver exceptional household appliances with Swiss precision and innovation. We are present at 16 locations and play a significant role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

What we offer

• You will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert technical support for our customers, ensuring their appliances are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
• As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering and installing our appliances, as well as providing comprehensive training to our customers on their proper use and maintenance.
• You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

What we're looking for

• A completed apprenticeship in a relevant trade (EFZ or EBA) and relevant work experience in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of electrical systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and a willingness to learn additional languages.
