  • Financial Management: Manage cash flow, payment terms, cancellations, added value, and savings.
  • Administration: Provide hands-on training on technology tools, recommend system adjustments to increase project effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the meetings industry with consistent progression in roles and responsibilities.
  2. Fluency in English, additional languages (German, Italian) highly desired.
  3. Proven track record of managing and motivating teams, delivering projects in a service environment.
  4. Travel requirements include on-site inspections and accompanying events as needed.
