Responsibilities

This role requires a deep understanding of Swiss labor law and a passion for people experience and HR practices. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering, ideally in the retail industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a fair and competitive compensation structure, including base salaries, incentives, bonuses, and merit-based pay increases.

Main Objectives:

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that supports our business objectives and promotes a culture of fairness and transparency.
  • To collaborate with leadership to align business and People strategy, ensuring cost efficiency and effective execution.
  • To provide expert advice and guidance to line management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, recruitment, EYR, talent retention, career development, training, and conflict management.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • To contribute to the development of our HR function by staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends, and sharing your expertise with colleagues.
