Hardware Development Engineer for Global Engineering

We are looking for a talented Development Engineer to join our team at VAT, a leading international developer, manufacturer, and supplier of high-performance high-end vacuum valves and vacuum sealing technology.
About the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions for assembly line and end-of-line testing equipment.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that meet industry standards and comply with best practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute the entire development life cycle for automated and system-controlled assembly and End-of-Line testing devices.
- Write well-designed and correct technical specification sheets that fulfill CE-Conformity Levels.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Process Engineer or Development Engineer ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in topics related to connectivity of manufacturing equipment and logistics systems.
- A bachelor's degree in electric or electronic science, Engineering, or a related field, master's degree is an asset.
