In partnership with one of our clients based in Geneva, we are currently searching for a Strategic Financial Expert responsible for implementing and supporting PeopleSoft-related finance solutions.

Missions
  • Analyse and Document Business Requirements
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements associated with finance product enhancements and initiatives.
  • Translate Business Requirements into Functional Specifications
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications to ensure seamless alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Lead Workshops and Meetings
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, design solutions, and align stakeholders.
  • Implement and Deploy Finance Solutions
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy finance solutions.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise
    • Act as a subject matter expert on finance capabilities and best practices, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product teams.
Profile
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience
    • At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with a focus on finance and accounting processes.
  • Proven Track Record of Successful Implementations
    • Successful track record of implementing financial systems, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • Advanced Functional Knowledge
    • In-depth knowledge of at least two PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Lease Administration, Project Costing.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions/UX design concepts.
  • Language Proficiency
    • Fluent English proficiency is mandatory; French language skills are highly valued.
  • Experience Leading Workshops and Presentations
    • Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making from a UX perspective.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Practices and Agile Environment
    • Working experience in a SAFe/Agile environment is a significant asset.
