QA Manager Job Description

Tillotts Pharma AG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Manager to join our team in Rheinfelden, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, perform internal and external GDP audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Select and qualify GDP-related suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Coordinate and prepare for HA inspections to ensure a smooth process.
  • Perform shipment release to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement and support Quality Risk Management approach and tools to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize pharmaceutical systems, procedures, and quality tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process owner of Change Control and Complaint processes to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage the Change Control Committee to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Maintain and monitor KPIs to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain QS documents, such as POLs and SOPs, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Train and support all departments on GMP topics to ensure a culture of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with new regulatory guidelines and implement them with the QA team.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance GMP/GDP in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDP and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Flexible and structured team player with problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
  • Solution-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
