This 2-year traineeship in Operations Management offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on expertise in running and optimizing business operations for a fast-growing tech startup. As an Operational Trainee, you'll work closely with our team to drive efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and refine workflows using AI to boost productivity and accuracy.
We're looking for a problem-solver who's excited to dive into all aspects of business operations. You'll develop analytical thinking skills through data analysis and strategic problem-solving to identify and address bottlenecks. Your responsibilities will include managing customer service channels, processing bookings, maintaining documentation, and communicating with locals and travelers to ensure high satisfaction.
As part of our international Swiss startup, you'll have the chance to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to scaling strategies that drive growth and innovation. Our comprehensive traineeship program includes hands-on learning, clear career pathways, and a supportive work environment based in St. Gallen, Switzerland. We offer a monthly salary of CHF 2'500 in the first year and CHF 3'500 in the second.
