Project Portfolio Coordinator for Skyguide

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Portfolio Coordinator to join our team at Skyguide. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Portfolio Account managers and team manager, ensuring that data and information in our corporate systems is accurate and reliable.

Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with our Portfolio Account managers to ensure that data and information in our corporate systems is available, reliable, and consistent with standards.
  • You will follow up with data owners as required, providing inputs for Governance meetings and reports, as well as analysis.
  • You will provide outputs for regular and ad-hoc reports, decisions, and analytics.
  • You will support the identification of risks and issues associated with projects.
  • You will support annual planning and budgeting activities.
  • You will work with SAP PPM and SAC modules in our Corporate ERP system.
  • You will organize record keeping and file structures, ensuring easy retrieval of material for the team today and for future audits.
  • You will identify topics for improvements, such as simplification to reduce manual entry, repetitive data entry, or quality improvements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business domain, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in project or portfolio management area.
  • The ability to use Excel and reports to identify quality issues and resolve them.
  • Experience in data/information administration responsibilities.
  • An understanding of main project management methodologies for waterfall and agile.
  • High diligence with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong diplomatic communication skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral) and good command of French.
