About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce Search Engine Manager to join our team at HOLY FASHION GROUP. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing profitable e-commerce search engine advertising (SEA) campaigns across multiple target countries and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEA campaigns for the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) using Google Ads, Shopping, retargeting, GDN, YouTube, and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Manage and optimize multiple SEA accounts with multiple target countries and brands, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and structures for optimal channel management.
  • Analyze and track campaign performance against predefined targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SEA, ensuring our campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or relevant SEA knowledge acquired in another context.
  • At least 4 years of operational and strategic experience in SEA campaign management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in handling and optimizing multiple SEA accounts with multiple target countries and brands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and landing pages.
  • Advanced knowledge of feed tools, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Very good command of German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international teams.
