Project Coordinator Internship Opportunity

Are you a student looking for a challenging and rewarding internship experience? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern.

About the Role:

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will provide administrative and coordination support on key strategic initiatives, including the Global Trial Connect program. You will work closely with our team to coordinate activities, develop project planning and communication materials, and engage with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support on key strategic initiatives

• Participate in the coordination activities for the deployment of Investigator Site Experience Community and the implementation of Site Research Plan

• Engage in coordination activities for 2025 strategy planning & execution, including development of materials for planning, communication & review with various internal audiences

Requirements:

• You must be a student working towards a degree in life sciences and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party

• Proficiency in English and intermediate level in French are required

• Experience developing project planning and communication materials

• Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
