About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Ai Innovation Specialist to join our Creative and Design AI Lab, a multi-faceted initiative aimed at harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize our design capabilities.



Key Responsibilities


  • Explore and apply AI in design, staying at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that empower our design teams to work more creatively and effectively.
  • Partner with teams across creative and design disciplines to identify and address design challenges using AI.
  • Leverage knowledge and expertise in cutting-edge AI design tools like Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, ChatGPT, and Gemini to drive innovation across various design disciplines.
  • Develop and deliver training content to democratize AI knowledge and skills across the C&D organization.


Requirements

A strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of applying these technologies to design-related challenges.


A solid understanding and appreciation of various design disciplines, including industrial design, UX design, and CMF design, imagery production.


Proficiency in AI design tools such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Runway, Vizcom, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Basic experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to a diverse audience and inspire others to learn.
