Beschreibung
Als Führungskraft für Applikationsmanagement bist du verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und umfassenden Applikationssupport. Du positionierst das Team intern, stärkst die internen Fähigkeiten und setzt dich für die kontinuierliche Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung ein.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Strategie-Definition und Konzeption der Kernelemente der Business Applikationen (Applications Portfolio Management, Betriebshandbücher, Ausfallszenarien, Schulungsunterlagen) in enger Abstimmung mit den Business Peers zur Weiterentwicklung der unterschiedlichen Geschäftsbereiche
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung des Applikations Managements
- Identifikation von Business Prozessen, welche «End-to-end» automatisiert und zusammen mit den externen Partnern und unserem Prozess- & Projektmanagementteam umgesetzt werden können
- Management und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Outsourcing-Partner, um eine nahtlose Integration und den reiblosen Betrieb von ausgelagerten IT-Lösungen zu gewährleisten
- Aktive Mitarbeit im 2nd-Level Support und Betrieb der Business Applikationen

Was bringt du mit?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit IT-Weiterbildung (HF, FH)
- Führungs- & (Teil-) Projektleitungserfahrung im Applikationsumfeld, dies vorzugsweise in einem Handels- und Retail Unternehmen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Applikations Management als Applikations-Manager oder Product Owner
- Kenntnisse im IT Service Management (ITIL) und agilen Methoden (z. B. SCRUM)

Du bist eine Teamfähige und loyale Person, hast unternehmerisches Gespür, bist offen für neue und pragmatische Ideen, besitzt einen kritischen Geist und bist hands-on unterwegs.
