Job OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting project-tailored analyses of diverse genomic and transcriptomic data types. Our projects often involve collaborations with academic institutions and hospitals, requiring effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
You will develop and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines and software packages while ensuring that data adheres to the FAIR principles and supports partners in following research data management best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing genomics/transcriptomics sequencing data to support biomedical research and clinical diagnostics
- Designing and implementing reproducible analysis pipelines and software packages
- Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate results and ensure data quality
- Maintaining expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) usage and Bash programming
- MSc in bioinformatics, computational biology, or a related field
- Proven experience in analyzing molecular data sets in biomedical or genomics research projects
- Solid programming skills in Python or R
- Familiarity with HPC usage and Bash
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment
