Job Description
We seek a skilled Design Engineer Manno to lead our team in developing cutting-edge design solutions for aircraft structures and system integration.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing new design solutions for aircraft structures
• Leading autonomous design projects and sub-projects as part of concept and feasibility studies
• Modelling 3D parts and assemblies with Siemens NX
• Creating drawings for manufacturing and installation
• Supporting improvement of design guidelines and standards and new technology introduction

Required Skills and Qualifications
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering and has minimum 5 years of design experience in the aerospace field. Previous experience on Wing primary structure design, Landing Gear and Mechanical Control System design is an advantage. Additionally, lateral leadership roles in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments are desired. Proficiency in English language (level C1) is required, with Italian knowledge being an asset. A proactive and persistent approaching character, as well as a high sense of responsibility, are essential qualities for this role.
