We're redefining the digital asset management landscape at Frontify, and we need your expertise to get there As a seasoned engineering leader, you'll play a critical role in elevating our team's performance and capabilities.

Our engineers are passionate about creating a well-loved product that's always evolving. They come together from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on projects and create engaging campaigns for major brands.

Your mission will be to build a user-focused platform that prioritizes ease of use, scalability, and adaptability. With a deep understanding of how to architect, plan, and drive implementation in a SaaS product at scale, you'll lead one of our DAM teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You'll work closely with both backend and frontend engineers, driving technical excellence and supporting them in delivering robust and innovative solutions that make consuming and working with digital assets effortless for major brands and users worldwide.

Requirements:
  • You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or join us on-site in our St. Gallen office, with the flexibility to choose your best work environment.
  • You're an engineer at heart, finding fulfillment in leading Software Development teams for at least 1-2 years.
  • You have proven professional experience with React, Typescript and/or PHP, as you will lead a multidisciplinary team.
  • You're an expert in architecting/designing, developing, and maintaining large software solutions.
  • You're proficient in writing unit tests and familiar with test-driven development (TDD) and domain-driven design (DDD).
  • You hold strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • You speak English fluently.
