Role:

We are currently seeking a Fund Accountant to join our team in Basel, where you will play a key role in the production of daily, weekly and monthly NAVs.

As a Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of financial statements, performing valuations, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly NAVs.
  2. Issue NAVs accurately and within defined timeframes.
  3. Deliver high-quality service to customers by accurately and timely completing all assigned tasks.
  4. Own the valuation process for assigned portfolios.
  5. Escalate fund accounting issues and aged items to the Fund Accounting Team Lead.
  6. Perform tasks under supervision of defined processes or procedures and check for errors.
  7. Collect, enter and extract data and undertake analysis as directed.
  8. Assist in the preparation of client reports and resolve queries.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organizes own workload and establishes priorities.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of standards and procedures required for own tasks.
  • Excellent PC skills, especially MS Excel.
