Hauptaufgaben- Die Ausbildung und Entwicklung junger Talente in der IT
- Die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Ausbildungskonzepten und -Lösungen
- Die Weiterentwicklung unserer eigenen Applikation in einem aktuellen technischen Umfeld
- Das Mitorganisieren von Stakeholder-Events und das Repräsentatives Auftreten als Vertreter des Teams
- Die Vermittlung von fundierten Kenntnissen der nachhaltig relevanten IT-Fach- und Methodenkompetenzen im Rahmen unserer IT Academy
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung mit Fachrichtung Applikationsentwicklung
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und im Umgang mit Jugendlichen in Ausbildung
- Agiler Mindset und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von agilen Frameworks und Methoden
- Viel Energie, Eigeninitiative und Leidenschaft für die jungen Talente und dafür Neues auszuprobieren
- Gute kommunikative und pädagogische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
