IT Operations Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our IT Operations & First Level Support team at VAT Vakuumventile AG in Haag, Switzerland.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing the IT Operations & First Level Support team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT Operations & First Level Support team, ensuring high performance and continuous development
- Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of any technical issues
- Manage the first-level support process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and technical issues
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues that require advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ensure all IT operations and support activities comply with security protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience of working as an IT System Engineer or relevant position and some experience in a supervisor function
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 including Azure and Active Directory
- Good experienced in Microsoft Windows OS technology, networking, databases, firewalls, anti-virus, log management, content filtering, etc.
- Responsible attitude, understanding the critical importance of IT infrastructure
- Stress resistance, strong communication skills
- Languages German and English
