About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Car Access Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of innovative solutions for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge car access solutions
  • Analyze and structure application requirements for Infineon's Car Access solutions
  • Translate application requirements and interpret system-related stakeholder demands for products and solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to establish trust in Infineon's car access solutions
  • Contribute to the development of application and product roadmaps
  • Engage in technical trend scouting and foster the development of next-generation application features
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or a related field with a focus on car access solutions
  • Deep understanding of car access applications, use cases, and systems
  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in car access solutions in the automotive industry
  • Independent working style with the ability to work with different teams
  • Remarkable skills in listening to various viewpoints, incorporating them, articulating the value of solution, and defending the architectural choice
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills added as a plus
