Access Management Specialist with IAM Expertise

Job DescriptionIn the realm of Identity and Access Management (IAM), we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and optimization of processes, further develop IAM with new functions, and design role creation and development.
The ideal candidate will ensure the functionality of access to buildings, applications, and systems, adapt IAM systems during restructuring, and implement new or adapted business and IT authorizations.
Key responsibilities include regular data reconciliations to ensure data quality in coordination with HR and master data managers, reviewing user authorizations, and ensuring compliance with risk management and corporate governance.
Additionally, the successful candidate will support audit or authority requests and participate in regulatory projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Proficiency in CISSP, CISM, or SSCP certifications
- Experience with digital identity, IAM, identity governance, and access management
- Strong background in cybersecurity and data protection
- Familiarity with access management tools such as Sailpoint IIQ, Exchange, or Azure
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Service-oriented personality with excellent interpersonal skills and eloquence
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High-quality decision-making skills
