Java Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a skilled Java Fullstack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate those requirements into high-quality software.

• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate those requirements into high-quality software.
• Engage with developers on your team to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code leveraging methodologies such as pair- and mob-programming.
• Coach and support team members to fully unlock their potential and grow as a team.
• Support the entire software lifecycle with your Dev-Ops mentality from ideation to production.
• Automate quality checks right from the start using techniques such as test-driven development and specification by example.
• Continuously keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends and share your knowledge.

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in Java development and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Here are some key requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• You have more than two years of proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and best practices.
• You put the customer first and support the project's success as a Java Fullstack Engineer with the latest JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar frameworks in the frontend.
• You bring expertise with many different technologies, such as Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, databases, RESTful APIs, messaging, container orchestration, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• You are experienced in agile methodologies and have worked within agile development teams.
• You are an excellent communicator, team player, and problem solver and are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
