Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our team at Indosuez Wealth Management. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud environments.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security measures to protect cloud environments from cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
  • Configure and manage security controls, monitor suspicious activity, conduct vulnerability assessments, and respond to security incidents.
  • Ensure that all migrations to the cloud comply with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
  • Optimize configurations to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends and identify promising new solutions that meet our requirements.
  • Document migration processes and share knowledge with team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT, managing cloud security technologies with focus on containerization security (Docker), Kubernetes, and familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven experience with cloud security tools such as image security scanner, real-time threat detection of containers, and preferably in Azure environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing high availability solutions for containers.
  • Strong knowledge of application security and cloud infrastructure security.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development, continuous learning, and adopting new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in cloud technologies (Azure), Kubernetes are highly desirable.
  • Experience with the application of security standards, like PCI and NIST, for AKS and containers is desirable.
Working Conditions

This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland and requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technological landscapes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of CHF 120,000 - CHF 150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
