About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at PureGym AG. As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for providing sourcing, tender, contracting, and supplier management support to our Swiss business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business unit to deliver high-quality procurement services, ensuring first-class service, governance, and EBITDA performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing expertise in procurement.
  • Apply best practices and controls to ensure all activities are delivered professionally, ethically, and legally compliant.
  • Work closely with the business unit to understand the strategy, identify opportunities, and contribute to the successful delivery of the Procurement plan.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic indirect procurement, with quantifiable achievements in a fast-paced multi-site business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt style and approach across multiple businesses and territories.
  • High-energy professional with a strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
