About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Controller to join our team at SKAN AG. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products against CAD drawings or 3D models to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform SAP postings to track and record quality control activities.
- Develop and maintain quality reports in SAP to identify and address quality deviations.
- Coordinate and conduct quality control and material inspections at suppliers to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure quality control measures are in place.
- Develop and implement quality requirements to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Provide logistical support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Completed mechanical apprenticeship with federal certificate of competence or equivalent training.
- Professional experience in quality control.
- Strong knowledge of CAD drawings or 3D models.
- Valid driving license (Cat. B) and forklift license (an advantage).
- Good physical condition.
- Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP (QM module), and Excel.
- GMP knowledge and experience handling hazardous goods (an advantage).
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
